1. Research and Initial Preparation:

• First, I conduct a detailed analysis of your industry.
• I review the websites of businesses offering services in the same field throughout your country and in your local area.
• I also carry out keyword and ranking analysis on Google related to your industry.

I then share the insights gathered from these three stages with you and begin the project on a solid foundation.

2. Temporary Launch and Content Planning:

Once the process begins, I place a temporary design on your domain indicating that your website is currently in progress.

After that, I plan the content structure of your website:

• Which pages will be included,
• Which sections each page will contain,
• How the content flow will be organized

3. Design and Development Process:

After your approval, I move on to the design stage.

During this process:

• I present 3 different homepage designs for desktop view.
• Based on the design direction you prefer, I design and develop the other pages.
• I make sure your website looks fully responsive across all devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

4. Domain, Hosting, and Email Setup:

• If you have not registered your domain name yet, I support you throughout the domain selection and registration process.
• I handle your domain and server settings.
• I also complete your business email setup and the necessary configurations.

5. Measurement and Analytics Setup:

I set up all the necessary systems so you can track your website’s performance and visitor activity:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads (if you have an advertising plan)

In addition, I make advanced settings so that clicks on your WhatsApp button, phone button, or any other custom actions you define can also be tracked in Analytics.

6. Visual and Content Support:

I source the stock images to be used on your website under your business name with the appropriate licenses. I also share the license files with you.

7. Support and Post-Launch Service:

After the project is completed, I provide the following services free of charge for 1 year:

• technical support
• maintenance
• updates
• backups

8. Hosting Infrastructure:

Your website can be hosted free of charge on my fast private servers located in Turkey, each with a dedicated IP address.

If you prefer to have a server fully dedicated to your business, I can recommend suitable providers and hosting plans for your needs.

If you already have an existing server and it meets the necessary technical requirements, I can also complete the installation and all related settings on your server.

9. Brand Review and Design Support:

I do not approach the project solely from the perspective of your website. I evaluate your business as a whole in the digital space and also share reviews and analysis related to your company’s and company owners’ or managers’ public social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.

I review the profile and cover images used on your social media accounts, and if there is any incorrect usage, I adjust them to the proper dimensions and deliver them to you.

My goal is to help your website, social media accounts, and search engine presence come together in a consistent, professional, and strong way by the end of the process.

10. Timeline and Payment:

The total project timeline usually ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on the scope of the work.

At the beginning of the project, I ask for a 50% upfront payment.

The remaining balance is requested after your website goes live.
