I’m sharing my Website & Brand Analysis process.
1. Initial Evaluation and Goal Setting:
First, I review your brand, your field of activity, and your current digital presence.
I clarify the purpose of the analysis from the beginning.
For example, this may include identifying needs such as:
Based on these needs, I establish a solid framework for the analysis.
2. Website Review:
I review your current website in detail in terms of design, content, structure, and user experience.
During this review, I especially evaluate:
My goal is to clearly show not only how your website looks, but also what kind of impression it leaves on visitors.
3. Industry and Competitor Analysis:
I review the websites of businesses operating in the same field throughout your country and in your local area.
During this process, I evaluate:
the design approach of competing businesses,
their content structures,
the way they present their services,
the trust elements they highlight,
and how they position themselves in the digital space.
This helps you see your brand’s current position and areas for improvement more clearly.
4. Google Visibility and Search Analysis:
I review the keywords related to your industry on Google, the search results, and your overall visibility.
At this stage, I evaluate:
the main keywords related to your industry,
your competitors’ presence in search results,
page titles and descriptions,
whether the content matches search intent,
and how accurately your brand is represented in the digital space.
Through this analysis, I show how strong your website is not only in terms of design, but also from a strategic perspective.
5. Brand Identity and Visual Consistency Review:
I do not evaluate your brand only through your website, but as a whole.
Within this scope, I review:
your logo usage,
your color and typography system,
your visual language,
your corporate appearance,
and your overall brand consistency.
I also evaluate whether there is visual and corporate consistency across your website, social media accounts, and other digital channels.
6. Social Media and Digital Presence Analysis:
I also review your company’s public social media accounts and, when necessary, the public profiles of company owners or managers, especially on LinkedIn.
During this process, I evaluate:
profile and cover images,
description sections,
link structure,
the accuracy of contact information,
and the overall professional appearance.
My goal is to help your brand appear more trustworthy and more consistent across all its digital touchpoints.
7. User Experience and Trust Element Review:
I also evaluate the key details on your website that influence visitors’ decision-making process.
In particular, I review:
ease of contact,
WhatsApp and phone call actions,
quote request or contact forms,
references, reviews, and trust elements,
and the level of clarity and understandability.
By doing this, I identify points that are missing or open to improvement.
Because in many cases, the issue is not only the design itself, but also a structure that does not inspire enough trust in the user.
8. Reporting and Recommendations:
After completing all reviews, I present my findings to you in a clear and well-structured way.
This presentation usually includes:
the areas I find strong,
the weaker points,
the priority areas for improvement,
the adjustments that can be made in the short term,
and the recommendations that can support your brand in the long term.
This way, you receive not just a general evaluation, but a practical roadmap you can follow.
9. Design Direction and Refinement Support:
At the end of the analysis process, I also share design guidance in the areas where I believe it is needed.
When necessary, I:
offer suggestions for your profile and cover images,
identify incorrect dimensions or usage issues,
and recommend essential adjustments that can strengthen your digital presence.
My goal is to help your website, social media accounts, and search engine presence achieve a more accurate, more professional, and stronger overall structure after the work is completed.
10. Timeline and Payment:
The timeline for the Website & Brand Analysis service usually ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on the scope of the project.
At the beginning of the process, I ask for a 50% upfront payment.
The remaining balance is requested after the analysis has been completed and delivered to you.
For my Website & Brand Analysis service, I charge a fixed fee of 100 USD.
