I’m sharing my Logo & Corporate Identity Design process.
1. Initial Consultation and Brand Understanding:
First, I focus on understanding your brand, your field of activity, your target audience, and the overall message you want to convey.
At this stage, I evaluate:
the field your brand operates in,
the kind of impression it aims to leave,
the audience it wants to speak to,
and whether it should appear in a simple, strong, modern, corporate, or premium style.
My goal is to build a visual identity that not only looks good, but also represents your brand in the right way.
2. Industry and Competitor Review:
I evaluate your brand within the context of the industry it operates in.
Throughout your country and, when needed, on an international level, I review the logos and corporate identities of brands working in a similar field.
During this process, I evaluate:
the visual approaches commonly used in the industry,
color preferences,
typographic direction,
the risk of similarity,
and opportunities that can help set your brand apart.
Through this review, I aim to ensure that the final design is based on a direction that is both appropriate and more distinctive.
3. Defining the Design Direction:
After the research phase, I determine the design direction that would be most suitable for your brand.
At this stage, I clarify:
the character of the logo,
the color approach,
the typographic direction,
and the overall visual language.
This helps ensure that the work moves forward in a direction that is not only visually strong, but also strategically right.
4. Logo Design Process:
Based on the design direction we define, I prepare logo concepts for your brand.
During this process, I present different logo directions for you to review.
Then, I move forward with the option you prefer and make the necessary refinements.
My goal is to deliver a logo that represents your brand in a strong, professional, memorable, and lasting way for many years.
5. Revisions and Final Refinements:
Based on the design you choose, I make the necessary refinements and finalize the logo together with you.
At this stage, I carefully work on details such as:
proportion,
spacing,
typography,
symbol structure,
and color balance.
This ensures that the final logo is not only strong as an idea, but also well-balanced and effective in practical use.
6. Corporate Identity Design:
Once the logo design is completed, I develop your brand’s corporate identity system.
Depending on your needs, this may include design work for:
the color palette,
the typography system,
business card design,
email signature,
letterhead,
folder or presentation cover,
and social media profile and cover images.
My goal is to ensure that your brand appears consistent and professional across different platforms.
7. Usage Guidelines and Visual Consistency:
In logo and corporate identity design, I do not only prepare the visual elements, but also plan how this structure should be used correctly.
Within this scope, I take into account:
logo usage proportions,
the color usage system,
applications on light and dark backgrounds,
how it appears at different sizes,
and the balance between digital and print use.
This helps your brand present a more consistent and trustworthy appearance across all areas.
8. Delivery Formats and File Organization:
Once the work is completed, I deliver your logo and the necessary corporate identity files in an organized way.
Depending on your needs, I prepare different formats such as:
PNG,
PDF,
SVG,
AI / EPS,
JPG.
I share the files in a clear folder structure based on their usage areas, so both you and your team can use them easily.
9. Digital Usage Support:
I do not simply deliver your logo and corporate identity work and leave it there.
When needed, I also provide guidance on:
how it is used on your website,
how it is used across your social media accounts,
adapting profile and cover images,
and strengthening your overall digital appearance.
My goal is to help your brand appear more consistent, more professional, and stronger in the digital space after the work is completed.
10. Timeline and Payment:
The timeline for the Logo & Corporate Identity Design service varies depending on the scope of the project.
At the beginning of the process, I ask for a 50% upfront payment.
The remaining balance is requested after the work has been completed and the final designs have been delivered to you.
